Avalon Rainier insert w/ blower Having problem w/ fan 'chirp&screech', pretty sure its not motor. can fans be replaced or must I buy whole replacement blower for $300.-+ looks like sealed unit thus not able to lubricate, any suggestions ? unit 7yrs old original owner no previous problem till late last yr and now, many thanks....
