I am still working hard on trying to figure out my TL 300 wood stove.
The other day After a burning for about 15 hours I went to load my stove with some fresh splits. I threw a fresh load of on and went out and checked the chimney, it was smoking. I went in and opened the bypass and top load door and the fire took off rapidly that had me concerned. So I opened the top load door to give it air and I got a rush of flames from the top out the top load door where I opened it up. Anything I can do to prevent this. It seems when burning for longer hours my stove begins to starve for air? In The morning the stove glass was covered brown.
