I have a biomass 40 .I set my boiler temp is set at 195, but will not get that hot hot. It goes into work mode at 160 which doesnt allow boiler to get to set temp. Not getting to the higher temp does not allow house get to set temp and water is cold also. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Have you ever cleaned it? If so can you describe where & how? There are air passages that need to be kept clean. No direct Biomass experience here but that might be something that is in a manual.

Have you read the Biomass pinned thread? Might be a good place to start.

Just bought a house with with biomass 40 in it, this is my first winter using it, i cleaned the air passage on the bottom that runs thru one side to the other. I cleaned out where the fan is in back by taking cover off of the top in rear of boiler also. Is there anytjing else that needs cleaned?

there is a cover on top in the back you have to take off then remove turbulators and brush out 6 tubes
