Biomass refractory change out

Hello
I have a New horizons biomass 60. I'm replacing the refractory in the bottom chamber. The old refractory had fire rope along the sides on the top. Do I need to put it along the back also? I bought this unit used so I'm not sure of how the original was. Also any tips for casting new concrete for the front bottom door?

I have a Biomass 80, changed out the nozzles last year and I am reasonably certain that the rope was all the way around as well as between the two pieces.
