I have a BIS Nova installed with the outside air kit installed. I have my doubts whether the installer hooked it up correctly.
When the fire is not lit in the winter, I notice a huge draft coming from underneath the stove. When I look under with a flashlight I can see right into the primary air box.
Is the kit just supposed to dump air underneath the fire box, or is there supposed to be a plate screwed onto the air box to prevent that? The installation manual seems a little skimpy in that regard.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
