Hello! Thank you for your help as I get used to my stove. I am wondering if I can place a catalyst thermometer on my stove. I have read the manual cover to cover but can't find it there. Any ideas where the thermometer placement might be? I have a surface thermometer on top, but have read about how inaccurate this can be in helping to know when to engage the catalyst. Thanks!
