Hey, all. I am right on the brink of ordering a Keystone from Woodstock, and I see that they offer Metalbestos Class A products on their website. However, the products on their site seem to be quite a bit more expensive than other Class A products I've seen, so I am thinking that I should pass and get my chimney someplace else. Has anybody used Class A products that are more economical than the Metalbestos products? I think on sale the 4 foot section of MB class A is $206. How has your Class A chimney worked out for you?

Thanks as always.

The brands that I've personally used and thought were high quality products (I think in descending order based on price):

Selkirk Metalbestos
Simpson Duratech
Simpson Duraplus
Metalfab

When you get your class A, check to make sure it is Class A "HT" rated up to 2,100 degrees F . Class A "HT" pipe can take more heat than regular class A. It is much more expensive then what you would find at Menards, Fleetfarm etc.. but it is worth it.
