I'm curious that how much the EPA certified stoves contributes to this. Do we still have lots of non-EPA stove in the area?

Found the answer myself. Look like non-EPA stove is a major contributor.

In inversion areas just using EPA cert stoves ain't gonna solve the problem.
 
Maybe not, but it's going to help a lot based on changeout program results in other inversion areas like Libby, Mont.
