Hello everyone, I tried searching for this first but was unable to find any info. I just got a P24i pellet stove with the analog board last season from a friends family and might as well have been new old stock as they rarely ran the stove in years. Everything in and on the stove was literally spotless, they only ran it around the holidays and the best part is I only paid $150.00 bucks.

Now my question is I have a 1600 Sq. Ft. home (1 floor) and the stove heats great, I have a thermostat installed but the stove puts out more heat than I need even on the LOW setting. In the pic that I attached, there is a black pot adjustment and I wanted to know if this one is the pellet adjustment to tweak it down slightly as far as dispensing pellets? I did notice a white one also on the front side of the board as well. I'm not blowing thru pellets I just want to lower the feed slightly.

In the past, I've had newer model stoves with digital controls that let you tweak the feed but I've found nothing about the pots on this stove while searching for days online.

I have a P23 and for the last two years the burnpot has been overflowing. I have to shut it down daily to cleanout the burnpot. Can I adjust the dispensing of pellets?

Kinda got to figure that there aren't many Breckwell stove owners here. Or they don't have problems and don't come around here looking for answers.

If they are here, they aren't ignoring you. I can guarantee that.

Wow, asked this question almost a month ago without a single answer........nice.
Thanks for the help, Brother Bart. It is true that we do not have many problems with the Early Breckwell Pellet stoves, with the analog control
boards. We try to practice what our daddy told us about, KISS, (KEEP IT SIMPLE,SON)
As for as the search at the top of this page, type in Breckwell Board Repair, and you will find many that can help.
I have used Mr.David Boyce, on two boards, and was very happy.
As for as that WORD (Slightly) will only Get you in trouble.
Boswell,Pa is very close to Pits. And Johnstown, and no one complains, out there with, to much heat.

ENJOY

I don't know how I missed this post the first time.

I have two analog boards for my Breckwell. The original went crazy about ten years in and started dropping pellets like there was no control. At that time they still made analog boards so I got a second one and had David Boyce repair the original.

The original board had a white wheel on the left hand underside of the control board. It's on the opposite side from the thermostat terminals and underneath. I don't know what it is used for. However, when I was having my stove serviced every year I remember the guy used to look at the flame and then turn the wheel. I honestly don't know what he was adjusting. I assume it was pellet flow/timing. What else could it be?

Now the newer board I have, which is still in use, does not have this white wheel. I never experimented with the wheel when the board was in use but if your board has it you might want to give it a try and see if it makes any difference.

Where did you find that picture of the control board?
