I called an installer for my p23i and he asked me what brand I purchased. I stated a Breckwell and the first thing out of his mouth was, ah, Breakwell. After more conversation, I don't think his issue is with the actual stove but more from the support of their customer service, or lack thereof.
He also stated he has a Harman Accentra in his home that has been trouble free for five years and they are top of the line but also said he has a customer with the same insert that has had problem after problem. I told him it's luck of the draw. There is no company that has 100% reliability and at times there will be issues.
The only reservation I have from my on-line stove purchase is if a warranty issue should present itself. There may be issues with getting a local dealer to service the unit under warranty if it was purchased elsewhere. Time will tell...
