Hello, I have recently installed a a 3100 buck stove. I bought it used but it was only used for 2mnths 5 yrs ago.
I have a cple of questions
1st, it came with a flat grate and sides that are about 4" yall and angle back to the wall leaving about a 3" gap. What is the purpose for this and do I need it?
2nd, for efficiency, amount of heat (how hot) and burnt time for my wood, which would be better, with it in or without??
