Does anyone know where you can get a sheet/roll of spark arrestor screen?

The woven mesh kind. I need a circle of it about 4" diameter and would prefer not to buy a fireplace screen and chop it up.
 
What you want is called Hardware Cloth, and should be pretty easy to find at hardware stores. It's just woven wire mesh, and is made in a bunch of wire guages and spacings.
