I came across this in my work and was wondering if anyone knew what it is, is sure threw a lot of heat, Ive never seen anything quite like this.

that's the second one ever that I've seen. I cleaned one that hadn't been cleaned in more than a decade. It took me two hours. The guy was an artist and kept taking pictures of me all contorted in his fireplace, it was kind of weird.
I knew someone here would know, it probably was a good one in its day compared to other old inserts Ive seen, this one was noisy but throwing some good heat.
