can anyone tell me how to identify this stove? Also can anyone tell me if it could be converted to propane?

It’s probably as simple as changing jet size, but since we don’t know anything about the stove or how it was put together, how to do that, parts availability, etc, it may not be a simple job. And that can get expensive.
Valves and burners may have leaks in odd places, etc. make sure you really want to jump into a project like this before you do.
