Hope somebody on here can help me. Have been having issues with my quad mt. vernon shutting off and need to remove the baffle to give it a good cleaning under there. But the manual (http://downloads.hearthnhome.com/installManuals/7005_151.pdf) says there should be a shoulder bolt to remove but there's nothing there. Anybody have any ideas?

Have you tried pulling it out gently prying downward? Can't see it being friction fit... Has the baffle ever been removed? Hex screw stripped?
