Castle serenity Stove Manufactured in 2014 auger constantly running even when the unit has powered off for several hours the auger continuously runs. I purchased a Stove brand new from Amazon they delivered it just recently 11/2020 and everything seemed fine with the unit it was properly packaged. The unit also seems to feed the same amount of pellets no matter what heat setting it is on in manual mode. I am able to operate the stove only by manually feeding pellets and moving them away from the auger to keep the flame from growing out of control. The fact that the auger never stops turning Seems as if somethings wrong. Any information would be greatly appreciated thank you.
