I was reading through the manual for the Osburn 900 that I just ordered and the CSA B365 code states that "Maximum overall length of straight pipe: 3 m (10 ft.) including elbows".

Could someone tell me what this means? Does it refer to the total length of the pipe inside the house? Or the external pipe? I find it a little ambiguous and I want to make sure I plan the placement of everything correctly the first time :)
