So I shorted out my ignitor when I replaced it a couple weeks back. Not only did it smoke the fuse it damaged the board. I have since replaced the board and all is fine. Now I'm looking for a schematic so I can repair the old one. Here is what is going on with the old board. The ignitor stays on as well as the the combustion fan. The status light is not illuminated the combustion fan light is not illuminated and the ignitor light is not illuminated. Cycling the power shuts the stove down stopping the ignitor from heating and the combustion fan from running. If I had a diagram I'm pretty sure I could find the component and change it out and have a spare board. Just need a diagram or someone to point me in the right direction.

If you find one let use know. I don't think anyone on the forum has one but Good Luck

Not the post I was hoping for
While no one is likely to have the diagram some one on here is probably going to tell you what Triac you have to replace. Most likely you shorted the triac to the igniter is is a T835-600G if you have the standard harman board. If you do not have standard board you should be able to get numbers off the triac. I am uncertain which triac goes to the igniter on a harman board but I would "guess" it is the one under the high voltage written warning on the board. A triac is basically a on/off switch the programing in the board tells the triac to turn on or off when shorted they either stick on or won't come on. I have successfully replaced them on USSC boards and I am not a very good solderer. There are 4 main ones on a harman board they control each of your motors and the igniter. Each triac usually controls one motor I would guess and say when igniter one is on it forces the blower motor on also to vent pellet stove. On the USSC boards it is easy to tell which triac goes where because they are lined up with the individual fuses for the motor it runs. Keep checking back I a sure a Harman guru will be able to help you find the correct triac.

Thanx ARC! I'll hang around and see if a guru shows up. I'll get the Triac and have it on standby. Incase someone confirms your suspension. Or depending on price change I'll at 76 cents a piece 10 of them are cheap
