added on to my boiler heat loop (doubled the original) and want to know if my original circulator will work. (Taco 007)

3200 sq ft 1 story house
1" pex from wood boiler to oil boiler the rest is 3/4
with out measuring I would say I have about 300-350 feet of pex all together

was working good until I added water so I think there might be some air in the line.

================================================================================================

please expand your explanation of your system we still have
no idea about your system other than you have added Pex
and have an airlock in the lines.

DID you power purge the new heating loop with fresh cold water
from a garden hose before you opened up this loops pex line
to the boilers?

If not you pushed the air in the loop to the heating system and you
have a huge air bubble.

If you can open a valve on the boiler squirt a little Dawn dish soap
into the boiler water and this will dissolve the airbubble in your system.

Your circulator is more a than adequate for the task.
