Almost hit 70 degrees so I shut down and cleaned today after three weeks plus of constant run with Lignetics. Half a ton through my Harman Accentra insert. Ash pan a bit over half full. Some build up in the firepot but not much and not hard to chisel out. Air ducts showed almost no ash. Glass had some smudges of ash but Windex an a couple of paper towels took care of that. Ash in the igniter compartment but since I pull my ash forward several times daily that's to be expected. All-in-all I'm a happy camper. Wonder if I can go a month next time?

Also cleaned out Sunday after burning 42 bags. First complete clean out. Was pretty surprised that I didn't have more ash than I did. Been burning pretty hot for the past 3 weeks. Only brushed down back cast iron plates in front of heat exchanger twice before clean out. Heat exchanger had very little fly ash on it. Very pleased with pellets I have been burning.

yep.. the ole Igniter compartment...get's filled up...
I use a 2" paint brush and brush all the ash out[when stove is off] so I can see any speedbumps better.
problem is that I'm adding more ash to the compartment..but, I stay on top of it anyways...

Sounds good!
You should be able to go close to a month. Sounds like the stove and pellets are getting along!
I did a complete cleaning also on Sunday. Finished up right before football games.
Ash pan was 3/4 full. Not sure how many weeks have gone by. First full clean this Season. Usually do a full clean when ash pan needs to be emptied.

I see the F4 in your name. The F4 was always my alarm clock while stationed at Nellis AFB!!
Those afterburners would do the trick!!
