Clearance between flues/chimneys question

I am trying to figure out the distance a new class A woodstove chimey/vent has to be away from a current b vent for a gas furnace. What is a safe termination distance between the two on the roof. Thanks in advance
 
The wood stove chimney should terminate 12-18" higher than the gas furnace.
