Or keep the rebuild as a backup and sell the warranty replacement. Still leaves you with a back up and you recoup your cash.
 
after doing some thinking i called in and cancelled the order on the one i bought Saturday night, and called englander at 8 am on the dot. gave them all the info on my stove over the phone and they are gonna send out a new one, covered under the warranty.. then ya i plan on taking the bad one into my shop i will replace the bearings and have a back up. the stove should be fine for the next few days till the new one comes in...
