Good morning, and thank you in advance for your help. I have an older Desa NG, my receiver has corroded from battery acid leaking and rendered it useless. Im having a hard time finding a replacement , the original part number is (0.584.211-00). I also have a question, if I dont want or need the remote option, can I replace the gas valve with one that uses a manual knob to adjust the flame? If so, can you advise which one would be appropriate?

Vent less

Model # LMFP33NRA

I greatly appreciate your time!

Adam
