Please read the Tread at the top of the pellet room

Please read and understand before posting "Which stove should I buy" questions!!!!

What I will tell you it has to do with dealer
Make sure your dealer knows the stoves they are selling you.
If you do reasearch on the stoves they have Read the manual
Ask the sales person some basic questions
Like how do you clean out the ash traps?
Or do you have to remove the firebrick to clean and how.
If they looked puzzled. RUN away.
A lot of stove dealers do not install and most of them dont have a service department.

It would be good for you if the dealer
Installed the stoves
Serviced the stoves
