CrossLink schematic of water to air exchanger

Good day everyone..

I'm including a schematic for review/comments and no bashing hopefully

on a possible CrossLink install.

Pretty new to this stuff so beside viewing a lot of pictures I usually have to draw/plan
what I Intend to do...

The schematic has at every connection/joint a letter "A,B,C ... etc" to ease the process.
My intention is for everyone to be able to comment\suggest\recommend in the form like...."I would put a 'flow valve' between A and B...

I will review and update the schema as necessary..so that we can all learn
and help each others as this forum intents..

Have to ask why the H20 crosslink? Both pellet stove and furnace function with air ducts...

This is to move some of the heat generated by the pellet stove to a more remote area of the house?
I'm totally not an expert but if you do this, make sure it's safe.

The Eco has it's own duct and apparently not a good thing to connect to existing HVAC.

The Crosslink heat the water in pellet stove and transfer to a water to air exchanger(BTU)
to generate a new source of heat along with the air generated by the stove and with the same pellet.
In theory having 2 heat source generated from the same pellet it should actually use less
and throttle back the stove or even use lower setting..

I'm not sure how much money & work you would have to put into this, but I am pretty sure you would be disappointed with the results.

Bioburner has a cross-link on his Harman ... not sure if he uses it for radiant hot water or ?

Will also have to figure out air flow/draw requirements so you do not set up a negative pressure situation in the basement...
