HI, I'm thinking of putting PV panels on my shop. Here in Ct. the state pays half of the system. Basically it would cost 25K for A certified contractor to install a system that would match my needs. The state would give me a 3 % loan on this balance. With the new tech coming to market is now the time to buy. thanks Scott

I don't know the full answer to your question, but my neighbor (who usually does a large amount of research on things before hand) is also looking at pv for his house. Incidentally, we're also in NE CT. If I knew I'd be in my place for many years, I'd certainly be looking given the rebate situation, plus our house is situated well for usuing such a system.

Well, I wasn't eligible for the 3% loan. Apparently I make to much? However were still chewing on it as I think it wise to lock in @ today's utility rate, for several decades. Basically if I include it in my refinance the $$ off would more than cover the utility savings. Scott
