Deciding on Brand Zero-Clearance

After some thoughts and discussion from a prior thread, I've moved on to doing a zero clearance option for my new construction.

I've been recommended Heat n Glo Exclaim (36 in).
It seems like Majestic Biltmore 36 is the same fireplace? I was told that they were bought by heat n glo, so it's all the same thing.
I saw a 36 Astria georgian that I thought was nice.

I do like the look of masonry fireplaces (no metal boarder around the firebox area), so that's a thought...

But with regards to brand, etc. any negative/positives about any of these brands, or thoughts?
