Would you advise for or against the purchase of an FPI Dell-Point Europa 75 multi-fuel pelletstove sn# 3094?

Is it true that Dell-Point in Canada are the sole source of Europa 75 as of 1 June 08, and have no interest or intent on providing support or upgrades for any FPI manufactured Dell-Point Europa 75 pellet stoves?

If the dealer support is unable to service the computer software and hardware directly for a FPI Dell-Point Europa 75, where does a person turn to for support?
