Post your skills and pics on Facebook Marketplace and hire yourself out for other installs/retrofits in the area! Sounds like you would be swamped with business. A shame to let your level of expertise and now experience go to waste.
The risk of litigation is too high for someone to do these kinds of installs on the side. You can't guarantee what folks will do after you leave.

Thanks for the kind words. I tried very hard to do an installation that was both safe and sound. I am retired, so I really didn’t have any time constraints. I probably would not be able to eke out more than $5 per hour if I had to charge for all the hours I put in. Also, I am done with working in tight attic space.... never again!
