Question:

For those that object to the idea and/or appearance of fake logs in a gas fireplace, is there an attractive, logless (flames only) burner available?

Answer:

There are gas burners that look like they are burning coal instead of wood. Do you just want just a gas burner with flames? Part of having an attractive flame is the way that is moves and dances around logs or coals. You could always get a gas log and just remove the logs.
