Just found your post---I have an 1800 insert--going into 3rd year burning it and love it. It's not one of the more popular around the forum here but there are a few of us. They are reasonably priced compared to alot of others, but they're certainly not ''cheap'' either.

I've found mine to be not only a great heater, but easy and intuitive to control and the bay window gives an awesome view.

Don't know what other info you might be looking for, but I'll help if I can.

I'm entering my 3rd winter with my Osburn 1600 insert. I have been very pleased with it and feel that has provided good value for the money. It is simple to use and easy to maintain. I would certainly purchase one again, although I would pick one of the larger models.
