Drolet Eco 35 wont reset

hi,
stove beeped and went into some sort of cool down mode, fans blew for about 5 mins then completely shut off. Got an H 1 error. Looked up the master reset on here (used it once last year after the heat exchanger fan got dirty) but stove doesnt reset. Pressed individually: reset, i/o, 6, 1, speaker for 3 seconds, correct? The reset gets dim when pressed, the other buttons have no response. have cleaned unit and let cool for about an hour. Getting mad. thanks for any input

press the reset and the I/O button at the same time for 3 secs.

I dont know what to say. once again i have a happy boxer sleeping in front of a warm fire.
