Hi,
I’m new here. I just ordered a Drolet Nano Deco for a 500 ft space. Wondering what size tile pad I can get away with given our situation. We have exposed brick of the chimney at back and are on a concrete slab. Due to narrow room I’d sort of hoped to get away with a 36x36”porcelain tiled pad but maybe too short or not deep enough from the chimney for this model? I think its depth is 22.75”. What could I get away with? Much appreciate any help!

The hearth will be retangular. In addition to the rear clearance, there is the depth of the stove and then 16" more hearth for ember protection in front of the stove door. It might work out better to position the stove sideways, facing into the deeper part of the room. That way the hearth depth will intrude less into the room.
