I ordered a fixed length 12" DVL stove pipe (6dvl-12). However, I was sent an adjustable piece (6dvl-12adj). Will I have any issues mounting the adjustable stove pipe in-between two 45 degree elbows? I slid the two together and it seems reasonable that it would work. Just want to confirm as I couldn't find any information on the Duravent catalog.

Probably even a more valuable part. If it fits fully collapsed you have double double wall.

It fits but it's really no different than a slip joint. So, it's not really a double double wall.

Sure it is. Double double wall. It’s four layers thick since the telescoping section is collapsed.
