eco nozzle eroded; recast or replace experience help needed

The over lay has worked good for me. I first did it towards the end of the season 2 years ago.
I just replaced the firebricks around the nozzle opening yesterday.They lasted 10-15 cords or 1 1/2 season for me.
Sooner or later I will have to replace the whole nozzle but trying to make it last as long as possible.

The boiler seems to operate much better with the nozzle the correct size.
