Ok, I bought 6" Dura Vent pipe and ceiling kit. The EKO has a 7.5 inch hole (200mm) What is up ? I was under the impression that I needed a 6" flue.

I think its an 8"
But I'm not that far along in my install yet...

The manual says 8" but all the eko distibuters say you can use 6" on the 25 and 40. I used 6" on my 40 and the clean out tee slips directly on to the flange on the boiler. The outer layer of the tee fits on the outside of the flange and you can screw through it to fasten . I did use super pro so I am not sure they are made the same.
