I split into IBC Tote frames and then only touch the wood with pallet forks on my tractor. I have a large barn with space, has anyone ever seasoned wood in an enclosed building.
Obviously it won’t be exposed to sun and wind but it also won’t be rained or snowed on.

All my wood for the current season gets half of tge detached garage. Approx 8 to 10 cord piled not stacked. Wood for future seasons lives outside piled not stacked. No problem with wet wood
