Encore 2550 Rebuild Question

Rebuilding my VC Encore 2550 and have 2 simple questions...can't tell from diagrams


1) Encore has a washer and spacer on the end of damper rod. When reinstalling what goes on first(on inside) washer or spacer?

2) Encore has a washer and spring on primary air handle. When reinstalling what goes on first (on inside) wahser or spring?

For the primary air control, the washer goes on first and rests against the "ears" on the rod, then the spring.

Can't remember the order on the damper control, I should have taken better notes when disassembling the project 2550 I recently bought.
