Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have roughly a 2005 25-PDVC/55-SHP10 that the top auger is not working. I removed the motor and hooked it up directly to power source and it works. I bypassed both the vacuum and lid switches and reset it to no avail, which made me believe that the control board was the culprit. I hooked up a volt meter to the 2 leads for that motor and there was in fact power to the motor. I put it in diagnostic mode and top auger would not work there either. Cleaned the hook on the exhaust fan with pipe cleaner, removed the silicone tube (its clear), and sucked on it to manually flip vacuum switch. The auger spins freely by hand. I also hooked up that motor to the leads for the lower one and it worked, however, the lower motor wouldn’t work when connected to the leads for the top motor. Is it not getting “enough” voltage? I believe it was somewhere around 36 volts/1.9amps. I’m stumped.
