Hello Im new to the site.I have a Englander - 25-PAH about 4 years now. Its been a great stove untill late . Ive spent hours on the phone with the tech line.The problem is the stove shuts off by itsself. Sometimes it runs for a hour and sometimes 20 then just shuts off sometimes with a empty burn pot and sometimes with a full burn pot.I have replace the door gasket and the cradle gasket.The door passed the dollar bill test. But sucked the flame in from a lighter at the bottom of the door. ( still does even with a new gasket).I have cleanned it like its new .This is a new problem I changed nothing prior to the start of it.Any help would be great.

Auger turning? Anything jammed in the feed system? Error code on the controller? All of the venting clean? Ash pan gasket?
Check the vacuum port hole in the firebox, make sure it's free of ash and debris. Also check vacuum hose for cracks. Lastly, WITH THE STOVE UNPLUGGED, TEMPORARILY jump the vacuum switch and run the stove to test.
If you have a large vacuum leak somewhere, it could cause the switch to trip and stop feeding here and there.
The other thing to check, this requires pulling the auger out, is to check the coupler that couples the auger motor to the auger. There is a set screw on it. If it loosened up it could cause it to slip and not feed.
Just throwing some things out there.

I have removed and cleaned out the auger and made sure the vacuum hose was clear.How do I jump the switch? Im going to order a new ash pan gasket in the am and give that a try.Can or should I turn up the fule feed on the board??

Essentially you need to tie the two wires together that go to the vac switch but remember the orientation of the wires on the switch terminals. DON'T FORGET TO UNPLUG THE STOVE BEFORE YOU DO THIS.
What are your current bottom 3 setting? If the feed is too low you can have this problem too.
I believe the auger is wired in series with the vac switch and the hopper lid switch.
Instead of jumping the switch you can follow the wires and remove the one going to the board and plug the auger directly to the board.

I got it to start and run for now . I dont have much of a flame though. My bottom three number are 1,4,1.I tried to upload a video but cant.
Well it's out again.It ran for two days and now it dont want to run right . It will start and come off start up mode and then slowly go out . Im ready to beat this stove with with a hammer .
