looking to do a thorough cleaning on the stove pre-season, any tips/tricks to make cleaning the blowers easier? Maybe parts I should order in advance, lube points, things like that. Thx in advance

just checked replacement costs of the blowers--wow. they both still work but are getting noisy. gonna try and pull them and lube them up before replacing.

looking at p/n PU-CBG combustion blower gasket and I found 2 different images for the same p/n--anyone ID the one I need?

The bottom pic is the combustion blower housing gasket, the upper pic is the burn pot gasket.

Depending how old the stove is it may not hurt to replace the burn pot gasket.

I got an abrasion blasting cabinet for $150 cheap and it does a great job using white aluminum oxide to clean up the wear plate, exhaust fan blade and the impingement plate

Hello What do you guys do? I got the wire wheel on the drill driver to get a layer of the black carbon off. Then put it in the Blasting Cabinet and blasted with white aluminum oxide. This cleaned it up well with a dull finish The last step I used the wire wheel again to give it a nice shiny...

I refurbished the abrasion cabinet to make it look new.
Harbor Freight sells them too. Theirs are 19 gauge steel and this commercial cabinet I got is 14 guage and fits in my shop nicely and has a much larger dust collector with a motor!
