if you have loud augers........mine had one........the answer is in the dvd that shipped with the stove!.......i took the motor off my bottom auger.......loosen the 4 bolts holding the auger bearing....turn auger by hand.......snug the bolts, and turn by hand again.......keep repeating this until you get the smoothest operation then lock it down and assemble........your ears and the gearbox will thank you.........smooth as glass now..........mine was bound pretty good from the factory........will post some more tips from all my tinkerins' soon.........
