Englander PAH replacement parts

I bought PAH last summer, ran it all last winter and I love it. It is not on a Tstat, so it runs constant. I was curious about what back up parts I should have on hand? What usually goes first & when? I don't want to be without heat, so I want to keep some parts on hand.

I've had mine for 2 years now running hard, and so far nothing has gone. The only thing I replaced was the combustion blower gasket because it falls apart when you take off the motor to clean it. I almost bought all the major parts to have as backup last year, but decided to hold off. Now I'm thinking that same thing again...it's our sole source of heat so if it goes down on a weekend I'll be forced to run my backup electric and that's just too expensive, I also don't know if it could keep up on a really cold night.
Unfortunately I can't tell you what goes first from experience but I would expect that the combustion blower, room blower and auger motor would be most likely if it's not on a t-stat (not using the igniter much). The gaskets wouldn't keep it from running (it just wouldn't run as well) and something like the hopper lid switch could be bypassed in an emergency. So I think that only leaves the control board (too expensive to have as a backup and seems unlikely to die) and the vacuum switch that could keep it from operating. You may be able to bypass the vacuum switch too, but I've never really put much thought into it.
You may already know this, but the "overhaul kit" for the PAH is still on preseason sale pricing for $419.35, and it includes all three motors, gaskets, and some other items.

Thanks for the info. I did a major clean this summer, & did not replace combustion blower gasket. It is something I will do soon. Where did you get your replacement gasket?

Directly from Englander. It comes as a set for the combustion blower housing and the combustion motor.

I've had a blower and a auger motor go bad on my Englander. It's 5 years old, so it doesn't bother me that parts are breaking now. The blower started making lots of noise, but was still technically functional. When the auger motor went...stove was off for a few days. Certain broken parts make a stove inoperable. Certain parts don't.
