Englander stove not turning on

Hi All, pellet stove noob here. I have the model 25-pdvc which is not turning on. When I plug it in, the board lights up briefly, and then goes out. None of the buttons are responsive. I checked the fuse on the control board, and it seems OK, although I did order a replacement. Can anyone suggest how I can even begin to troubleshoot this?

There could be something wrong with the board itself. You could look for damage and check the DC voltage. Make sure to plug the stove into a surge device (outlet)
