Hi all! New member here!
So I have an Enviro M55 stove that's been having some recent issues. The other day when I went to start it, it ran great; then the fire began to get very small for no reason. It was on setting 3, and we're burning corn in it. Normally with corn, setting 1 is barely enough to keep it going, so we've always run it on 2 or higher. Now, no matter the setting(1-5), it acts like it's on less than 1. Auger run intervals are few and far between, even on setting 5. I pulled it out on the service rails, cleaned it up, and looked for any unplugged wires; didn't see anything unusual. I also made sure it's set for "multi-fuel", and no difference. Maybe I'm missing something simple, but either way, I want my "hot spot" going again. Thanks in advance!!

Welcome to the Forum
When was the last time the stove was disassembled and cleaned
Sounds like you have a stove clogged with ash

Thank you!!
We try to thoroughly clean it twice a week or so. Thanks for the response. I'll check that out, and do a deeper cleaning.

Okay, so I've got an update!! After pulling the firebox out, I quickly figured out it had not ever been cleaned since new (2019)!! Here are some pics of what I got. I'm going to try and fire it up sometime soon and see if it fixed it.

Don't forget to pull the combustion fan and clean behind
it also the chimney from start to termination. After it is
cleaned, you will find it burns just like new . A full in-depth
cleaning should be done every year before the heating season starts!

If feed rate times do not change between changing heat levels, make sure you are running in manual ? or Tstat? Something does not sound right. Cleaning exhaust path is probably a good idea too. Boy, I bet your combustion fan was not happy either. Good luck with her.

I cleaned the chimney when I had it out on the service rails. I did last year as well. And yes, I have yet to clean the combustion fan. We have always had it set on "auto/off" since new, and have had no issues. Is "manual" recommended? Thanks for all the input. Very helpful. I'll try to keep you informed on how it goes.

Depending on your circumstances, whatever you run your stove on is completely escapable
I run my Big Shop stove on Hi /low . I use more pellets, but I am using the original ignitor.
When set temp. is reached the stove, just idles and maintains the set temp. Using On/Off
means the igniter is on whenever there is a heat call. To light the fuel

I've also found that I can now run on setting one for most of a day. Appreciate everyone's help on that!! Thank you!!
