Enviro Mini A circuit board

My air circulation blower stopped working. Via the tech manual, I diagnosed it needs a new circuit board. Plugged the blower in directly and it works. The problem is part number 50-1477 (directly from my owner's manual)does not look like my control board. All the pictures I see online have the thermostat switch at the top and it toggles in the horizontal direction.

Any Ideas? Do I have a bastard on my hands? See the picture below for the very part number 50-1477

Its a DHC4110D... the part numbers a bit blurry but everything

else is good.
