Error in previous Heritage manual

Just discovered a big oops in the 2021 version of the Hearthstone Heritage_2024 manual. The recommended flue height 10' off the floor. I see that they have corrected this in the 5/21/24 revision. It now reads 16 feet.

I think for most who know a bit about stoves, this would not make sense - but they already know what normal flue heights are - , but for many who don't know (enough), it doesn't "not make sense", so that remains a problem.

Nice find.
 
Unfortunately, there are some stove sales people and some installers that know little about stoves. It's just a product and a job for them. This just came up on a new install.
