When using a fan is it better to blow the warm air from my LR down the hall (25ft) to the bedroom area, ... or blow the cool BR air out toward the warm LR area?
Fans --- better to move hot or cold air?

Blow cool air out from the BR towards the LR. Use a fan on the floor. Cold air is denser and will sink low.
