Hello a friend is looking at a Englander 10-cdv at Home Depot, the model that burns pellets or corn. Any feed back would be appreciated Thanks Dan

I don't recall anyone with a CDV coming through here but there are several discussions about them on iburncorn.com. Type 10-CDV in the search box.

I've often wondered why we don't see more corn burners here in the "Pellet Mill and Corn Crib". The 10-CDV is a model I never heard mentioned either.

Most corn burners are burning pellets in them now that corn prices have gone through the roof.

Very true. I almost went with the Harman P-45, but two things kept me from it: 1) The lower BTU output and 2) the salesman made the mistake of mentioning corn will attract rodents in front of my wife. At that point, he could have given it to us for free and she still wouldn't have taken it
