Home made slate hearth, rehabed used earthstove, and a new selkirk chimney. Feels great to see a fire in it

Now on to the next project, paint and trim in the room.

That recliner looks WAY too close to that stove! If you get some Miller Lite I will come over to do an inspection, can't be too careful. Looks great, I love slate!

Looks great ... nice job ....burn safe........ I love the slate but I couldn't use it it wouldn't match the curtains or something. I'm the builder,she's the decorator
